Write-off contest judging
Most Write-off contests take place Friday afternoon, and the judging occurs Friday evening. Email Nancy Smith at nysmithjea@gmail.com.
Best of Show Judging
Those interested in judging Best of Show should email contests@studentpress.org. Advisers may not volunteer to judge a category in which their students will be entering.
On-site critiques
If you are an experienced adviser, you can help with on-site critiques. You’ll receive copies of a newspaper, yearbook, magazine or video at the convention and meet with the staff of the publication to provide constructive criticism of its work.
